The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, with support from GIZ, has enabled public health facilities to report routine health information electronically through an internationally renowned open source software, DHIS2. Sexual and reproductive health needs of young people: matching needs with systems. Despite efforts to provide youth-friendly services, the uptake of services by young people is very low. What must be taken into account are young people's pathways to seeking services; and the specific barriers they face before getting to the services, while receiving services, and after leaving the service delivery sites.
Online sexual health services are an emerging area of service delivery. Theory of change critically analyses programmes by specifying planned inputs and articulating the causal pathways that link these to anticipated outcomes. It acknowledges the changing and contested nature of these relationships.
